Proposed solution

Instantly canceling a request still counts towards premium requests limit despite the metrics showing 0 usage. I don't know if it is intented but it would be nice if it didn't count.

Not intended in my opinion, just confusing. Thanks for opening this, we definitely don't want people to think that a premium request was used for something like this, if it wasn't.
