The Ctrl+d issue is back... Pressing Ctrl+d will close the session instead of the character in front

This has been fixed in v1.0.15. Ctrl+D was incorrectly intercepted by the message queue logic in v1.0.14, and that behavior was removed so Ctrl+D now correctly forward-deletes when text is present. Note that Ctrl+D on an empty input line will still close the session, which is standard Unix EOF behavior. If you're still seeing problems on v1.0.15 or later, feel free to reopen this issue.
