How to get the startup animation?

The startup animation is really cool. But doesn't seem to be there every time?

Is there a way to manually enable it?

Got it. Use the --banner parameter

There are 2 ways:

1. Adding banner config setting to always in ~/.copilot/config.json

   {
     "banner": "always",
     "theme": "auto",
   }

2. Using the --banner flag

To be transparent, many on the team love the animation and have it on all the time. However, we try to respect that not everyone will want extra couple seconds on start up every time or might find it distracting.

As a side note, the banner will not animate if you use the --screen-reader mode in order to avoid noisy text.
