i think it could be a slash command like /review yes. Maybe it could even be the code review agent available in GitHub, but I'm not sure CCR is planned to be supported in the CLI.
Anyway, I'd very much like this feature too, even if it's just a simpler version in the beginning

This is now supported as of v0.0.388. The /review command was added to analyze code changes directly in the terminal. In v0.0.400, the code review capability was further improved to handle large changesets. If you believe this isn't resolved, please feel free to reopen this issue.
