Copilot CLI fails to function after login — /model command returns blank screen on macOS (v0.0.348) #378

Description

Describe the bug

After signing in to GitHub Copilot CLI under a Copilot Business account, running the /model command briefly shows the list of available models (e.g., GPT-5, Claude, Sonnet 4.5) for a second, then disappears and leaves only a blank screen (as shown in the screenshot).
The issue persists after multiple retries and re-logins.
