Describe the bug

After some time in session claude sonnet 4.5 hangs and wait for something I don't know. The same is happening for GPT 5. Version: 0.0.355. When I reverted that to the version 0.0.353 - it works fine.

Process the task I provide which required change of few sql files and create migration script for them.

Maybe it would be good for you to add any benchmark or something that just will be doing it every version to compare if it works good or worse (SWE-bench Verified, SWE-bench Lite or SWE-bench Bash Only)

We do indeed run terminalbench and swebench on every change to the core agent loop. We also have an eval suite that we build out to cover product scenarios that don't end up getting tested by benchmarks. If you help us with a minimal repro, we can turn that into an eval.

I cannot as I'm using that during my work. I'm happy to hear that you have some eval/benchmarks. It would be nice to see the test results also per your version. Maybe you can also prepare some debug logs when for an example something hang up/freeze or something, we could potentially in next copilot ssession ask for the "/dump" to get the metrics and logs for last sesion to be able to share such logs for you that would help you to reproduce the issue? What do you think?

I encountered this issue intermittently; it seems that copilot hangs on command execution. But I didn't get any logs from it and cannot reproduce it consistently.

This appears to be fixed in releases since v0.0.355. v0.0.360 addressed file edit operations incorrectly timing out while waiting for user permission approval, and v0.0.375 fixed a hang that could occur when multiple concurrent file edits were waiting for approval in the same session. If you're still seeing this in a more recent version, feel free to reopen this issue.
