Describe the bug

Tried to autherticate using github-copilot-cli.cmd Auth and got this:

If already authenticated, this will skip automatically.
If not authenticated, follow the device code prompts.

Copy this code: ####-####

Then go to https://github.com/login/device, paste the code in and approve the access.
Failed to authenticate: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND next-waitlist.azurewebsites.net, undefined

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Run github-copilot-cli.cmd Auth to authenticate

Expected behavior

Should autheticate me and allow me to use Copilot.
