Display mcp tool call parameters in the expanded view

Tool call parameters are not displayed in the ctrl+r view and causing limited observability for debugging

in expanded view, display the tool call parameters like
tool_name (param1: A, param2: B)

This has been fixed in v1.0.16. MCP tool calls now display parameter names and values in both the collapsed timeline view and when expanding a tool call entry (Ctrl+O). If you believe this isn't resolved, please feel free to reopen this issue.
