+This notice is sent pursuant to various U.S. federal and state laws, as well as numerous international laws and regulations, including without limitation the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), and the European Union's Directive on the Harmonisation of Certain Aspects of Copyright and Related Rights in the Information Society (2001/29/EC).

+Unauthorized Digital Distribution (17 U.S.C. § 106(3)): The Infringing Content is being distributed online without authorization.  
+Unauthorized Derivative Works (17 U.S.C. § 106(2)): The Infringing Content may constitute a derivative work, unlawfully incorporating our Client's copyrighted materials.  
+Unauthorized Public Performance (17 U.S.C. § 106(4)): The Infringing Content may constitute an unauthorized public performance of our Client's copyrighted materials.  
+4. Specific Demand  
+The above-identified infringement(s) must be rectified immediately. We therefore demand that you immediately:

+Cease and Desist: Cease and desist from all further use, display, hosting, or dissemination of the Infringing Content and any other content that infringes upon our Client's rights.  
+Remove Infringing Content: Remove the Infringing Content from your website(s), pages, social media accounts, other media and all other platforms.  
+Destruction of Infringing Materials: Destroy any materials in your possession or control that bear the Infringing Content or any other infringing material.  
+Confirmation of Compliance: Provide written confirmation by no later than the close of business on the third day following the date of this notice confirming that you have complied with these demands. Our Client reserves all rights to pursue any available legal remedies to protect their rights and seek redress for the harm caused.
