The original work is the proprietary front-end of the parfumdreams.de online shop - its HTML templates, CSS stylesheets and theme design created for and owned by Parfümerie Akzente GmbH, published at https://www.parfumdreams.de. The work carries our copyright notice, "© 2025 Parfümerie Akzente GmbH".
The infringing material and its location.
The following public repository contains unauthorized copies of our front-end code:

design/frontend/Boutiqueinsel/Boutiqueinseltheme/Magento_Theme/templates/html/footer.phtml — reproduces our footer, including our copyright line "© 2025 Parfümerie Akzente GmbH" and a "parfumdreams App" section.
design/frontend/Boutiqueinsel/Boutiqueinseltheme/web/css/style.css (and style.css-old) — contains our parfumdreams-international stylesheet code.
The repository as a whole is derived from our theme and is published without our authorization. We request removal of the repository, or at minimum the infringing files listed above.
