Create FUNDING.yml

This PR adds a .github/FUNDING.yml file to enable the Sponsor button on the repository.

- Includes GitHub Sponsors configuration
- Provides optional support links for external platforms
- Helps the community directly support ongoing open-source work

Once merged, a "Sponsor" button will automatically appear on the repo.
