Add Enforcement Status "Evaluate" to Rulesets

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

When creating a ruleset I see that the Enforcement Status "Evaluate" is available (screenshot).

However the "evaluate" status is not listed alongside "active" and "disabled". I think it would be really useful for some details to be captured on this feature alongside the other two statuses.

@hollycanham It is available, it's just in the Enterprise version of that article. 🤦 This is exactly why we're preparing to massively scale down our versioning.
