Hello! I noticed that the instructions on configuring custom instructions for GitHub Copilot in JetBrains IDEs are out of date.
The documentation page (link) currently states:
“In your JetBrains IDE, click the File menu (Windows), or the name of the application in the menu bar (macOS), then click Settings. Under Languages & Frameworks, click GitHub Copilot.”
However, in recent versions of IntelliJ IDEA (tested on 2025.2.2, Windows 11), the Copilot settings have moved to:
Tools > GitHub Copilot > Customizations
Could you please update the documentation to reflect the new path?
This will help users find the “Custom instructions” section more easily.
Thank you!
