There is a small typo on the Japanese page linked above:

影響を受けるのはプロジェクトの可視性のみです。プロジェクト上のアイテムを見るには、アイテムが属する得リポジトリに対する必要な権限を持っていなければなりません。 プライベート リポジトリにアクセスできるユーザーのみが、そのプライベート リポジトリのプロジェクト項目を表示できます。

Here, "得リポジトリ" seems to be a typo for "リポジトリ".
