The error is: The private network is registered to another enterprise or organization
This error can happen if you have obtained the databaseId of the Enterprise level rather than the Organisation level and you are creating a Organisation private network configuration. Simply delete the Github networking resource that you have created against the subnet and get the databaseId from the desired Organisation, then recreate the resource as you did previously.
