Update CLI version checker workflow with deeper research summaries

Enhances the cli-version-checker.md workflow to perform comprehensive
version analysis when updates are detected. Changes include:

- Deep research phase for each CLI/MCP server with version-by-version analysis
- Detailed change categorization (breaking changes, features, bugs, security, performance)
- Impact assessment for each update on gh-aw workflows
- Enhanced PR description template with comprehensive research sections
- Research sources and methods documentation
- Improved error handling for research failures
- Timeline analysis and risk assessment guidelines

The workflow now provides maintainers with detailed information about:
- All intermediate versions being updated through
- Release timelines and update cadence
- Categorized changes across all versions
- Security updates and breaking changes highlighted
- Migration requirements and recommended actions
- Tool-specific changes for MCP servers
