Important

POC only, do not merge!

  • Explores a new deterministic compilation check for agentic workflows, primarily to enforce that .lock.yml files generated from workflow markdown remain consistent and version-controlled.
  • Also adds a reusable GitHub Action for CI integration and improves the pinning logic for GitHub Actions.
  • Agentic Workflow Compiler for details.
