Not possible to merge from API/cli

But also it seems, merge the stack in UI is broken.

Land stack button does not do anything — it gets stuck forever, nothing happens. Probably due to merge queues in our repository?

Edit: couple days ago it got stuck forever, now I get emails "234568 was removed from the merge queue due to an unknown reason" for each PR in the stack except bottom one.

If you land individual PRs, it kind of works, except:

• merge stack button can be clicked only after CI is green
• you cannot automate clicking (see above)
• after landing, it starts rebasing following PRs, so 30 minutes wait to be able to click land next PR

So bottom line is, to use stacks, you have to actually spend full day clicking refresh in browser and manually click the land button 20 times once every 30 minutes.

What is the status of this project? It is incomplete and too buggy.
