Set a title in `serverInfo.title` for nicer display

Currently the Github MCP server doesn't set a human-readable serverInfo.title in its InitializeResult. If it did we'd get a more friendly label for it in VS Code :)

Proposed solution

Set the serverInfo.title 🙂

Hi @connor4312 thank you for sharing this! It looks like the feature is not supported by mcp-go which is what we are currently using for our MCP Server. I have opened an issue there to request it: mark3labs/mcp-go#628

Agree that it would be great to have it!
