[Schema Inaccuracy] Two errors caused by invalid required fields

Schema Inaccuracy

1. A required field at github.yaml:74913:7 is not defined in properties
2. A required field at github.yaml:78096:15 is not defined in properties.

Expected

1. Not sure if the property is missing or if the required field list is wrong.
2. I'm pretty sure this is just a typo tags should be tag
