Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, I’m a Staff Engineer at Mozilla.ai. My background is rooted in developer tooling, infrastructure, and security; I joined Mozilla.ai from HashiCorp where I worked on Vault, and previously served as a Principal Engineer at NatWest.
My current work centres on the Mozilla.ai mission: building an open, trustworthy AI ecosystem that prioritises transparency and user agency. I’m interested in discussing the technical challenges of moving AI away from centralised control and why "building in the open" is the only viable path for the next generation of developer tools.
