Is there a Auto Generate Release Notes Action?

I love the new feature to generate release notes automatically when I manually create a release. Is there an action available of this feature? I would love to integrate this feature in my release workflows.

Since it is a feature, this is available through our GitHub API:

You can call this through our official GitHub plugin actions/github-script to automatically create the release note through GitHub Action
