Building on ubuntu-latest (24.04) produces binaries linked against a newer GLIBC that is incompatible with 22.04 runners. Pin the build job to ubuntu-22.04 (earliest current LTS) to ensure the released binary works on all target environments. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
