Does GitLens extension install GK CLI?

Windows/VSCode. Our security software told me suddenly that it was blocking GK.EXE. It seems that recently the GK CLI was installed presumably to support GitLens, or what?

Seems it might be to support AI with an MCP.

The bad thing is - we used to be able to disable this up until version 17.10.0.
with 17.10.1 - it seems to trigger independent of options - causing a "sophos" popup of "blocked software" every time vscode is restarted.

How can I disable GitKraken on the command line? It is very distracting that it puts up a warning icon requesting me to restart my command line every time I open VS Code. I have spent an hour trying to figure out how to disable this without disabling everything. I am to the point where I'm going to uninstall GitLens - which will suck, because I love the features inline with the code.
