test: stress test v1.2 — 150 tests, sub-agent handoff, polished output

- Real sub-agent workflow: prepare_context → spawn second MCP server →
  sub-agent runs recall + search → absorb_observations with findings
- ANSI color output with per-test timing and running scoreboard
- Progress bar visualization in final results
- 150/150 PASS in 1m17s on blank Supabase with auto-schema
