Closing as deferred. The CI failure is twofold: (1) Dependabot updated packages/js/package.json to @types/react@^19.2.7 but the root package-lock.json was not regenerated, so npm ci fails with a lockfile/package.json mismatch. (2) Even if the lockfile were fixed, @types/react@19 assumes a React 19 runtime — the package still installs react@^18.3.1. Upgrading types ahead of the runtime would introduce type errors in the React hook code (e.g. ref callback signature changes, ReactNode narrowing). This should be done in a coordinated PR that bumps react, react-dom, @types/react, @types/react-dom, and @testing-library/react together.
