Add possibility to customize typing speed

This enhancement has been suggested by Ignacio as a review on Glorious Demo's page at Product Hunt:

Hey, great product!

It'd be awesome if it included speed per code snippet. e.g. a piece of code that is 3x and another that is 1x.

This is useful to display code that is not critical at a fast speed.
