So far, only two directories — ‘i/’ and ‘files/’ — have been reserved for images and files. This is to ensure that subfolders are not excluded from the overall tree in the sidebar. |

I’m transitioning from Apple Notes to Markdown to enhance privacy. For instance, if I create a note with multiple images in Apple Notes, I can export it using Apple Notes’ Export function and save it as xyz.md. The images will be organized into a subdirectory called „Attachments.“ When I open xyz.md using FSNotes, the images don’t display because the command
doesn’t seem to work. However, if I (1) import xyz.md into FSNotes, (2) copy image1.png into the …/md/i directory, and (3) use the commandthe images become visible in the imported note.Could you please explain why the images don’t display without explicitly importing them into FSNotes? I’m quite new to FSNotes, and it’s clear to me why this happens.
