Disbaled CircleCI configuration bits, since there aren't any servers to deploy to right now. Fixed up the regex used to extract functions from plugins, since it was a bit buggy - should be 100% more stable going forward! Also a lot more strict :) Cleaning up some code and bringing it up to par with other projects.
