Systemd: Special user nobody configured

Systemd warns about the configured user not being safe:

$ systemd-analyze verify /usr/lib/systemd/system/graphite-ch-optimizer.service
/usr/lib/systemd/system/graphite-ch-optimizer.service:9: Special user nobody configured, this is not safe!

Oh no.. managing a user safely for all possible OS would be a complete PITA...

I really, really would like just to ignore this error. Otherwise we need an installation tests

1. Installation tests
2. x-distribution user creation
