gobblefile.js is reloaded, but just once

If I edit my gobblefile, gobble restarts the whole pipeline. And that's cool.

But, it only does so once. I need to have a deeper look at how the gobblefile is watched for changes.

I guess this is an issue with gobble-cli – probably worth switching to pathwatcher over there so that everything is a bit more co-ordinated. Taking a poke at it now

Seems to be behaving for me with gobble-cli 0.7.0 – can you see if this is still an issue?
