Description
Re-structuring of the Orders list into an "Orders & Transactions" view and a "Subscriptions" view. Both are exportable. Centering around transactions means that recurring payments aren't lost at the bottom as renewals come in.
Adds transaction receipts as opposed to Order-based "receipts" which just list the transactions underneath. A separate update to LifterLMS PDFs allow receipts to be downloaded as a PDF.
Also adds a transaction listing for students, and a new "My Subscriptions" Student Dashboard endpoint if
