Remove prospects flag endpoints and SQL scripts

Delete the prospects flag API and its associated SQL migration/util scripts. Removed app/api/prospects/flag.py and numerous files under app/api/prospects/sql, and updated app/api/prospects/__init__.py and app/api/routes.py to stop importing and registering the flag router. Cleans up deprecated flag functionality and related migration helpers.
