`api_url` and `gsb_url` configuration keys are not working and are ignored by runner SCT

default.yaml specifics api_url and gsb_url but those are not used.

• It is not possible to configure YAGNA_API_URL and urls of specific yagna apis using Golem high-level API entrypoint yapapi#1068
• It is unknown how to set gftp service bus url properly yapapi#1069
