feature/jax: cut dead fused-KL module + multipool _llama8b yamls
fused_linear_kl.py has zero consumers on this branch (its users left with
the n-pool/fsdp carve; the fused-KL work continues on that lineage). The
five runtime.topology yamls configure trainers that don't exist here.
