I've been having an issue for the past few years whenever I get the urge to try and get the fingerprint reader on my Lenovo 14arb7 working.
When executing run_55b4.py, it does not wait at all for my finger, and just continues past that stage. Adding a time.sleep(3) after it prints "Waiting for Finger", and then placing my finger on the sensor, results in the correct images (clear-*.pgm being blank, fingerprint.pgm showing my finger). Wondering if anyone has any ideas? I've tried on multiple distros (Void and Arch), and I have the issue on both.
