The following instructions reference an asset that is unnamed (or misnamed as "ground": `3: We define the floor's grid material inside the <asset/> clause and reference it in the "floor" geom.` This commit adds / changes the name to "floor" Test Plan: Rerun tutorial.ipynb using jupyter lab

Test Plan: Rerun tutorial.ipynb using jupyter lab. Note that one of the cells currently errors for an unrelated reason (qpos is an array and can't be set an array element with a sequence) and will follow up with another PR
