Using TORAX code in the Windows system

I was able to install and use the v1.1 version of the TORAX code without any issues. However, when I tried to install the latest version (v1.3.0), it failed. Does the v1.3.0 version no longer support running on the Windows system?

Do you have any more details on why it doesn't work on the windows system? We don't use windows for development so can't provide any guarantees
