We need a way to enter commands part way through message or stash message

In opencode, I can use a hotkey to bring up a command menu to do anything in case I forgot to do it before I started typing. With gemini cli, I have to copy the text first to save it, clear the message then I can use a command.

This is a really interesting idea and something we have been discussing internally. We love seeing how the community is pushing the boundaries of the CLI.
