chore(workflows): Apply formatting and fix example prompt (#339)

## Summary
This pull request introduces formatting improvements to the GitHub
workflow files for better readability and corrects a numbering error in
an example prompt.

## Motivation
To maintain code quality and ensure examples are accurate and easy to
read.

## Changes
- Improved indentation for `run_shell_command` lists in
`gemini-review.yml` and `gemini-scheduled-triage.yml`, and their
corresponding examples.
- Corrected the step numbering in the prompt within the
`examples/workflows/issue-triage/gemini-triage.yml` file - #331.
