support OpenThread border router

This app required a couple of fixes to work with the OpenThread border router:

• The /node/dataset/active endpoint returns hex-encoded data using lowercase letters
• The router uses HTTP port 80.

This branch has these changes and allowed me to successfully commission devices with an OpenThread router. But ideally it should be case-insensitive.
