Update package.json and CHANGELOG.md of the following packages:

Rolling the versions on the
reactrenderer caused a small test breakage because of an update to the JSDom library. This PR addresses that problem by fixing the test, and rolling forward the JSDom library to the version that introduced the change that broke the test.Pre-launch Checklist
