re2.h is totally unreadable, so "Please see re2.h for [flags] documentation" is a useless statement

(and honestly it's not a drop in replacement if you need to go about and change arguments).

The python module should provide and remap flags such that re.FOO == re2.FOO == {equivalent option}.
