Tsunami PRP program indefinitely paused #819

Description

@tooryx

The Tsunami Patch Reward Program (PRP) will be paused until 2027. Below we address some of the questions you may have regarding this change.

Why is the PRP being paused?
Our team is pulling every available engineer into high priority projects this year. Thus we will not be able to manage the program at the same time.

Is this a permanent change?
This is not necessarily final; however, we do not have a confirmed restart date for the program at this stage. It will most likely be at least 6 months to a year long.

What happens to my existing contribution?
We want to reassure our community that all already accepted requests will be honored and finalized according to our standard procedures. Pending pull requests will be merged and paid. Already accepted issues will be merged and paid once the pull request is available.

Can I suggest a new contribution?
No, new contributions to the PRP will not be accepted while the program is paused. We will not triage or accept new issues.

What is the future of Tsunami?
Tsunami will continue to evolve through our own contributions and close collaboration with our vendors. We remain committed to improving the scanner and its sibling project, Goonami, to provide robust network security scanning capabilities to the industry.
