I'd like a @googleapis/oauth package.

I'm not sure that further package splitting is planned yet, but the tsc large memory usage sounds pretty gross. :| I wonder if this is something we can work past using google-auth. The oauth2 package in this repo is marked deprecated, so that may already be the right path.

A dedicated package.json "exports" would also achieve the same goal.

Yes that's perfect. I missed that since it's not in the https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-node#google-cloud-nodejs-client-libraries list. I also didn't realize it was deprecated. Is https://github.com/googleapis/google-auth-library-nodejs#readme the non-deprecated replacement?
