Code Review
This pull request removes the gcp.client.language attribute and its associated constant BQ_GCP_CLIENT_LANGUAGE from the BigQueryTelemetryTracer. Corresponding assertions in integration and unit tests have also been removed to align with these changes. I have no feedback to provide as the changes are consistent across the codebase.
