New tag to publish google-auth-library upgrade

The main branch already contains upgrades for e.g. the google-auth-library package to v10.x. The latest tag (v6.0.1) still requires it in v9.x. Combining this package with e.g. the latest BigQuery package, result in 2 versions being pulled in which causes issues like this: googleapis/google-cloud-node#7676.

Would it be possible to get a new tag out with some of these upgrades?

A problem though is that this package depends on https://github.com/googleapis/nodejs-logging/blob/main/package.json, and that one pulls in v9 again. That package also seems not recently updated.
