Refresh provenance banners to the committed source revision
The initial export was stamped from a dirty working tree; the manual sources are now committed upstream-side as gramps-testbed-v2 b5f5782, so every generated file's banner points at a resolvable revision. Content is unchanged - the diff is exactly one banner line per page.
