Docker image seems to require 4.x, but has 3.x

Driver is connected to the database that does not support multiple databases. Please upgrade to neo4j 4.0.0 or later in order to use this functionality (Found in the browser console while accessing the UI. This came up as a response to the POST requests)

This is happening also to me. Strangely it looks like some time ago it was not happening. Has something changed in the code of this tutorial?
