Closing — this PR doesn't actually bump ws. ws@7.4.6 is still present in pnpm-lock.yaml on this branch (some transitive dep pins ^7.x), and ws@8.18.3 was already in main (brought in by #1333). The only effective change here is incidental @aws-sdk/* / @smithy/* patch bumps, including @aws-sdk/core 3.974.8 → 3.974.9 — and 3.974.9 is marked deprecated upstream (aws/aws-sdk-js-v3#8031).

Dependabot will re-open a fresh PR if/when a real ws bump becomes possible (e.g. by bumping the parent that pins ^7.x).
